Hands down one of the best gym experiences I've ever had. A lot of good teachers here.
You can tell whoever runs this truly cares about the place. The gym layout is perfect and everything is sparkling clean. This gym is rare and awesome. Staff was so friendly!
I’ve been a member for over three years now and I can for sure say that this gym beats any other gym. The atmosphere is really great and the equipment is well maintained and kept!
Awesome place. I got a free trial class from a friend here and signed up for a membership the very next day.nnJason, Cheri, Raven, and all of the coaches and experienced members there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and will take time to make sure that even the most complex lifts are done with picture perfect technique to prevent injury. Regardless of age, fitness level, etc, each person is treated as an individual and has the freedom to work with them and modify the workouts to their specific needs. I can't recommend them enough.
Such an amazing gym! Whether you're in shape or not at all, you'll fit in here. A non-judgmental, welcoming, encouraging, and extremely friendly environment. I knew within 5 minutes of visiting CFOTS3 that I'd be there to stay. I'm so grateful for this community of awesome people!
