This place is fantastic! Everything you need to train hard and be your best. You can feel the Culture as soon as you walk in the door. If you are serious about your health this is the place. They have a number of different trainers to help you crush your fitness goals, whatever they may be. The owners, Jeff and Haley, make you feel like part of the family from day one! Great prices, all the equipment you need, and full of passionate people!

This is my favorite kind of gym. Nice equipment, friendly staff and no gimmicks with the price scheme. They have everything you need for the major lifts and plenty of conditioning options. They also have nice showers and a locker room if you have to be somewhere post gym. I have been at peak time and there were plenty of racks so can't ask for much else from a gym.

I'm not a member, but wish I was. New ownership took me around, and showed me the equipment. Just got some new dumbbells and plans for new machines.nThis place has it all and well layed out flow. Good parking and easy in and out.

Understand new management. I went in about 2 months ago just to look around. Spoke with a young lady. Finally decided to try them out and they we under new management and name was changing. That made me a bit uncomfortable so I passed. Great customer service but just a bit skeptical.
