I love HotWorx! Angie and the whole staff are so nice and it’s great that you can go 24 hours! I’m high risk so i was hesitant to come back when they reopen but they are going above and beyond to make sure their customers feel safe!
Maybe help people get to the bottom of membership issues rather than be rude. Some of these places are truly only kind to you if they get money out of you. When you have a sweat anywhere membership they scoff at you for working out at their location. 1 star for Keller. Hotworx isnOkay but I can't wait for competing sauna places to open.
Hotworx is a ripoff. Too expensive, too crowded. Canceling is a nightmare. They require a 60 day notice after a forced 3 months of membership. Just go to lifetime fitness. The dry sauna there, after a workout is much better than over exerting myself in infrared heat.nAlso, the door code system is a nightmare as well. I could complain about many things especially how the owner of this location is a pretentious b**** but I'll keep it to this little blurb. AVOID HOTWORX. I'd be surprised if this company still exists in a few years.
Keller is the worst location as far as kindness. I was told my membership was revoked with 0 explanation and this lady just treated me like I was some sort of threat. Enjoy the one stars. My bank card just needed updating. Humanity is done for with how rude people are.
Too bad about the rudeness here. Hotworx is nice. This location. Rude.
