This Pharmacy is, by far, the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. The Walgreens up the street is way better. I’m done with them. If you have to use CVS, go to the Target at Persidio. They’re awesome!!!

I dropped off a prescription an hour before my doctor’s office closed.nThe pharmacist was unable to decipher a discrepancy in the written prescription, whether it meant ‘this’ or ‘that’. and they neglected to call my phone when they found the error. I told her I don’t care what it is you think it may say, I just need the medication in whatever form possible. (the dosage is written clear, it really doesn’t matter to me at this point whether or not it’s in XR or IR form)nThey said it would be ready in an hour, and I showed up 4 hours later, an hour and a half before close, and it wasn’t until then that they decided to tell me they were unable to fill the script.nI needed this medication to function at work, so now I’m being forced to use one of my sick days so I don’t lack in performance and efficiency on the job.nnThe pharmacist acknowledged it was her fault for not seeing the unclear description of the prescription sooner. The pharmacist was also calm, respectful, and apologetic, despite my obvious frustration with their lack of organization, professionalism, and initiative.nnI hate going full Karen on this establishment but this incident essentially jeopardizes my livelihood and it’s unacceptable. This could have been prevented and resolved before the doctor’s office closed.

Good CVS location. It’s easy to get in and out if you need a quick stop. I’ve filled multiple prescriptions here, inside and drive-thru, and they are always prompt and courteous. The store is kept clean, tags are updated, and the stock of sale items is usually pretty good. The cashiers and store employees are also friendly and always willing to help when I’ve needed them.

I ordered some makeup online. There was a possibility that it wouldn’t match me but I take comfort knowing that if anything goes wrong I can depend on CVS to be accommodating and do an exchange or return if need be. When I ordered my items there was no disclaimer saying that they have SUSPENDED ALL RETURNS. I understand that we need to take safety precautions with everything going on but this is just bad business practice. You at least need to let your customers know that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Before any purchases are made in store OR ONLINE. Extremely disappointed and appalled. I feel like their lack of communication is a way for them to profit off of a tragedy. On top of that staff in the store was rude. Will not be shopping with CVS and will be switching pharmacies.
