Just visited this store from out of town and had to leave a review because the gentleman working was SO kind and helpful. There was another loud difficult customer causing a scene and he remained kind with her while getting me taken care of. Just wanted to say, great job and Merry Christmas!!

Don’t schedule COVID test if you’re closed. Drove to CVS to get tested and wasn’t notified that location was closed. Simple text from your scheduling software could have stated you were closed for weather today.

This pharmacy and store has a great pharmacy team led by Cu and excellent store manager let by Todd. I Visit this store 6-7 times a week for staples And prescriptions and they are always fast and warn me about any upcoming insurance changes for my medicine. But went out of his way on his day off to arrange for a new prescription for me when my doctor made an error. Couldn’t be happier to be a customer.

I Was here at this pharmacy on JUNE 14TH since 11:18 AM it is now 2:11 PM and I am just now getting home. I had to pull over to the other side of the cvs to have other customers served before me because I was told I was holding up the drive through line. No one acknowledge me, I also called the CVS while parked on the other side of the pharmacy, I was on hold to speak with Chris (since he initially helped me) but then someone disconnected the line after waiting on hold. Once I came inside with my two young children during this pandemic that’s going on I saw CHRIS going on lunch break right after I was hung up on to speak with him. All of this confusion that went on was because the pharmacy had my name misspelled and the transaction was not going through with the insurance! I had other customers looking at me/ ridiculing me as if I was the problem / person causing the delay in the drive through line! Once I saw that my name was misspelled in their system, and got the problem rectified not once did I get an apology from the pharmacist (VU HO). Bad customer service, and experience I’ve ever had at CVS PHARMACY!
