It NEVER fails. Tonight I ordered a Large tea, fish sandwich, 2 happy meals with unsweet tea. Tell me why they put Large teas with the happy meals? I have been charged for extra drinks and meals that I didn't order. They also always tend to forget something. This is an issue with their drive-thru. They either have horrible headphones or they just don't care.
Received a incomplete order at the drive though and the manager would not give me a credit back on my card, in order to get the credit I would have to return to the store. They are now on the same level as Walmart.
Usually there's different staff in there and I go through the drive thru and they're wonderful. So I am giving them a higher rating than today.nnBut today we went inside... (mistake)nNo seating inside yet.nThey have forgotten how to do counter service. They got most of our order wrong, plus didn't give us drinks with our happy meals.nWe asked for no ice in our sodas - got ice.nWe asked for no pickle/onion on our double quarter pounders and got both on each.nWe asked for no onion on our single quarter pounder and got no pickle or onion.nWe got a diet coke instead of dr pepper. I am allergic so it's bad.nJust really poor service.
nice staff but insane how the Mcdonald less than 5 min away is so different with their pricing.
3 years of ordering from 989 E Price on Keller Pkwy on 76248. Must say that it is the best McDonald's outlet I've ever been to! Courteous, Hospitable, Happy disposition, Prompt response, Quality food, Hygienic, etc. are the words that fit them.nnKeep up, 989 E Price, Keep it up, guys!
