Your employees are super nice. You have an employee named Queen who is amazing she went above and beyond her duties to make sure my husband and I was taken care of. She definitely needs a raise. Ty Queen for your awesome customer service.

The sign on the door says that masks are required for service, but several of the employees weren't even wearing masks and the ones that were just had it on their chins. Many customers also weren't wearing masks. We'd hoped to get some snacks for our trip, but didn't feel like it was a safe place to be.

Showers were clean and neat. Store clean.. Cashier made the process of getting set up for a shower a little more difficult than it needed to be, but other than that ..it was great!

The only redeeming quality about this place is the fact that they have a subway. If you're worried about COVID DO NOT COME HERE! None of the employees are wearing masks, most of the costumers are not, nor asked. I'm sure there is hardly any sanitizing going on.
