We went there for the first time today and had a great experience! Whenever I get my oil changed, I always get nervous that I’ll get bullied into extra services.. but Zack was super nice and not pushy at all. He did his job and offered their services and products, but in a kind and gentle manner. The service was quick and done well. I’m glad to find a place we can keep coming back to.
This was one if the few oil change places that actually answered the phone during July of Covid-19. Reasonably priced oil change with tire rotation included the day i went. Very friendly, helpful employees. However, in spite of KY state mandates, establishment did not require patrons to wear masks and did not implement six foot distancing rules.
I get frequent oil changes. this place and the guy who served us was by far the most professional and detailed person I have ever worked with. I wish I would remember his name so he can be recognized. By far the best customer service. Got an additional 20% off all the services with a coupon.
Came in on Tuesday for an oil change. Everything went well. Noticed on my way home that the car seemed to sound differently. Raised the hood and found out they did not put the cover back on my air filter. Also noticed that they did not top off my washer fluid. Not sure what happened in this visit but it sure was not there best work. Very unfortunate ud83dude22
The guys are polite, knowledgeable and answer questions for those of us who aren't car people. This Valvoline is not a franchise, its privately owned and they made a return customer out of me.
