I have to totally applaud Landon and Nick for their superb customer service and friendliness. Had my thermostat housing break. They loaned me the basic tools to get it fixed in their parking lot. Never hesitated to help me get what I needed for the repair. Both those gentlemen need to be recognized for they way they treat customers no matter how much the part was. Imagine calling to check availability on a tool because it said it was available online and you get hung up on by the employee because you were simply telling him that they need to change their stock number on their website. Was ready to spend around 300 with your company but now I will steer clear of spending any money with you

I typically buy my auto parts online. I do the same with Advance Auto since there are discounts of 25 - 40%. For the most part, I am able to find what I need only and pick up the part. I usually get serviced right away when I do at the stored. The service is knowledgeable and they can usually answer my questions, if I have any. The tool rental service is good as well. Every once in a while the item I ordered is not the item I receive. Typically this requires an extra trip. But for the most part this is a good location.
