Sometimes fries are good sometimes there not. Decided to only get 1 to share from now on. Wait is usually always long, but other food is good. Ice creams are tiny junior sized. Not sure if they just don't know how to make them. Definitely not worth the $1.39. Better off going to UDF & paying extra $1 to get a legit size.
Forced to pull out of line with no one behind me. Fries were unsalted and I received no paper napkins nor ketchup. I eat at McDonald's when I'm travelling precisely because it's consistent. Not here.
(Crittenden location) The worst McDonald's! The last 2 years we haven't had 1 order that was actually correct. From having hair on sandwichs, food over cooked, and fries overcooked as well as undercooked in week old grease it seems. This pace has turned into a nightmare. If you want to order a milkshake or cappuccino just don't even try. The children running the place will most likely tell you the machine is down. My wife has actually called this place probably 15 times this year alone. We just go to the Dry ridge location now. It doesn't deserve 1 star!
Kids ask to go here everytime personally I would rather go somewhere else. If I get any thing it is fries with no salt. If the fries are hot they are worth eating.
