Service sucks. You could be only customer in bank & 3-4 employees in bank also. One employee will be working drive thru service rest will ignore customer so it takes 1 hour literally to make a simple deposit. In addition to that, you can't expect deposit to cover any bills coming in so they go bouncy bounce, so you are now being charged overdraft bank fees. When people tell me their bank is BB&T I just laugh & ask them if they ever had this experience. Every last one of them say Yes. I was smart. When the higher ups at Bank of Ky sold out their loyal employees to BB&T, I took my business to Heritage Bank so fortunately I have never had to experience The BB&T Headache.
