Fast and professional. Very polite staff that gets you in and out.
We've been registering our vehicles here for years and I love it. I was used to dealing with tax offices in Dallas and this is like night and day. Rarely ever a wait, employees are efficient and I'm in and out in minutes. Why go anywhere else? I don't understand the bad reviews. Who's the idiot who didn't know their business hours? That's your own fault.
Friendly Staff, always polite and helpful. I make the trip there a few times each year and have never had anything but a good experience.
OMG! Please stop giving this place bad reviews. If you've ever been to the Cotton Belt to try to register a vehicle, then you'll know what a real nightmare is. I have registered and re-registered several vehicles at this location and have never had to wait behind more than two people. The staff is friendly and very helpful to help you overcome any problems you may have. As far as a phone number, just simply press the more arrow on their homepage and it is right there.
Never, never, never ever depend on this place for auto registration. Called to see of they were open and could only find numbers for the Tyler office. Tyler said they were open. So, being that they were supposed to be open, I took off of work early. I can't afford to take off early. I showed up and the folks were closed. They had been closed for hours. I wish that they would post a number that people can find and be open the hours they are supposed to be.
