Not a hard place to find at all. Like the other reviews say, it is tight and busy in there. It was suggested you park on the street but I think if you did that, someone would jump in front of you so your prolly just as well pulling in and blocking tracking. The shipping and receiving office is the doors between the shipping and receiving signs. It's weird how they do that but it is what it is. It only took me about an hour total to load but I had a light, dry load. It appears they do cold loads so that might be why others have had an issue getting loaded. The girl in the office was nice and the yard dog was cool to. I would go back there. They claimed they had the facilities closed for the Rona but I didn't actually see any, anyway so don't know about that.
This is worst place I have ever seen as a truck DrivernI just went to get check inn for I Havebeen sitting 30 minute with no one talk to me to ask me what I wanted. I ring the two ladies sitting behind combuter and they never answer to me I feel very disrespected and it’s look like they don’t like to service some of drivers. Because when the other guy come the windows while iam sitting. And waiting they just take his paper right away when I ask them to check inn they never answer to me make sure when you came here if you feel discriminated get recording.
Bad bad bad, nobody even see you even if they look at you for the check in. Once when you check in, dry load was fast, but reefer guys, they waited 2-3 hrs. Loaded with trucks, so you need to park on the street.

Load was not ready until 6 hours after appointment time. Very little space at facility so you must park on the street while you wait for a dock. Average docking space. Tight up front but docks are well spaced out so not to complicated.
