After reading the reviews before picking up today we were not looking forward to it and dreading the pickup so we went early To try and pick it up it was not ready the guard ( female) was kind they took our number and said to come back at 10pm but if it was ready early they would call . We parked on street ( clearly where everyone else does ) they called at 9pm load was ready went straight to a dock and loaded and out of the gate by 10pm our original appt time . I would give them 5 stars but it would be much easier if they would let trucks stage in one of there many empty spaces inside the gates . P.s they were training people so maybe change is happening
Next time ask for 500 extra before you take a load, stop telling people to avoid it. You lose money when you don't know how to check reviews after you book the load or best before you book the load. Professional drivers do their homework, yall old skool drivers still naive and believe the brokers...cmon!
Actually not bad...only 14 h waiting to get unloaded...

This guys needs hours to load one trailer.Apt was scheduled for 3pm now it’s 7pm and they have didn’t even started loading my trailer.After 5hours waiting on dock load is canceled.This place is joke!
