We needed storage since we are moving, and Jill helped us figure out what size we needed. Her and Mary explained the deals they had and how everything worked. Seeing the sizes in person was easier to understand how much space we could work with. Ended up with a bigger bin than we originally thought we needed. Thanks Jill and Mary!

Honestly the worst place, I wouldn’t even rate it one star. My family kept their pop up camper there and while it was there someone had completely broke all the locks and stole everything!! When we told them they said that they are not reliable for anything and they have no cameras.. What storage unit doesn’t have cameras?? I do not recommend unless you want your stuff stolen.
I signed up online and got a really nice call from Jill to secure my space and make sure I was aware of everything I needed to know about my new space. The facility is nice and clean, easily accessible, and well-priced, but the best part is Jill. She is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and treats you like family from the first time she speaks to you. She’s awesome and I’m very pleased with Public Storage!
Jill is the main reason I continue to rent from public storage over the past 20 years. She has the ability to make you feel like you're her only customer. I keep coming back to Public Storage specifically because of Jill and her customer service.
