Janice is truly a blessing and has the gift of helping people live healthier lives. Her demeanor is relaxing, she’s super kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She makes great recommendations and has the education to back them up. I’m thankful to have her in my life and will continue to go to Lillian’s Holistic Journey for my health and well being.

Each visit with Janice is a mini vacation full of relaxation and healing! She creates a calming and inviting atmosphere to provide intuitive treatment centered around your needs on that day. Holistic sessions including reflexology, aromatherapy, and supplements have alleviated my hip, back, & neck pain so that I'm no longer relying on medication. You will not regret scheduleing time with her!

Janice is AMAZING! I have had several services which include deep cleanse ionic foot detox, reflexology with aromatherapy, Ztyo scan, and vitamin and supplement consultation. I never feel rushed at any appointment, she takes her time and gets to know you and your needs and will cater each appointment to you. She is very accommodating. On several occasions I woke up with a migraine and she was able to fit me in for a reflexology session to help release the pressure and sent me home with oils to manage the pain at home. She has opened my eyes with regard to alternative medicine and I am slowly converting to all natural medication. She has helped me with so many things, from migraines to the common cold, allergies and better understanding my thyroid condition, to helping me manage my depression and anxiety. I feel healthier from the inside out. She has also helped me learn to listen to what my body is telling me. I love her services but I love her products just as much. Her handmade soaps, salves, scrubs, soaks, and lip balms are top of the line. Made with ingredients she trusts along with all her love you will not be disappointed! She is a wealth of knowledge and I’m glad that I have her with me in this journey!

I saw Janice for a reflexology session yesterday. It was an amazing experience. She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes a person feel so comfortable. It is hard not to fall asleep, but I don't want to miss one second of the zen atmosphere:)

Janice at Lillian's Holistic Journey is amazing! I received the ionic foot detox along with a clinical reflexology/reiki session during my first visit. I learned a great deal from meeting with Janice and was given tools to help what I am currently struggling with. Prior to my first visit I had been getting some supplements from Janice and I've had great success with them. I highly recommend her services, I will definitely be back myself. Janice's demeanor and space are very soothing and understanding. My stress levels plummeted simply walking thru her doors! I'm so grateful her services are available.
