Best salon ever!!! I absolutely love and recommend Brooklynn she does all my hair coloring and blowouts, its always amazing and she does a great job always keeping my hair healthy and looking beautiful! All the girls who work there are always super nice and make you feel very comfortable and like family! Overall a beautiful place and always a great experience! Definitely recommend!!!
Love this salon! They were able to accommodate my busy work schedule. Erica is always quick to respond to my emails!! Jaclyn and Brooke are amazing with my extensions. They are quick and their work is amazing!!
Last week I scheduled an appointment for today, Wednesday. I work a full time job, so I asked for the day off, planning for my appointment to get my hair dyed at 2:05. I live 30 minutes from the salon, so at around 12:40, I left for rockwall, thinking I'd get there early and stop by another store on my way. At 1:08, I got a call from the salon, my stylist said she as running behind and had to reschedule me because she had to pick up her kids at 5. It is very unprofessional, in my opinion, for them to cancel on me an hour before my appointment, especially when they have in their policy that if I canceled that close to the appointment, I would get charged for it.nYall lost a good paying customer today.
Claudia has been my stylist for many years and is great! Men, go see her for a great haircut!
