Absolutely love aerial yoga with Jessica! It is a fun and challenging class she is great at modifying to each persons experience level. The studio is beautiful and always smells amazing.
If you are looking for a super caring wellness center, then look no further! Body Synergie is the place for you! I have been coming here for many years and over those years my needs have changed- from looking to advance my yoga practice to needing a safe place to recover from back and neck surgery. Craniosacral Therapy and Rolfing is also available here and let me just say that Jonathan is a super caring and intuitive care giver - he has helped me with fibromyalgia and pain management more than all the traditional medicine I have tried over the years! Also- don't forget Tai Chi and Qigong are offered here as well!

What a great place to get a piece of mind. The place is wonderful, Jessica is a wonderful teacher. Very soft spoken and very easy to follow. I would recommended Body Synergie to anyone for beginners Yoga and beyond. It was my first time on 2-20-19. The people in the class where so nice and encouraging. I cannot wait to go back. If it's a first time for you, try beginners Yoga, I bet you will love it too !
I went to Jessica's mixed-level yoga class, and even though I'm just a beginner, I not only survived, but I had the best yoga workout I've ever had! It was relatively quick-paced and a great challenge. I really appreciate that she will come to you and adjust your pose if she sees you're struggling. I live out of town, but I intend on coming back to Body Synergie SOON.
