Got a chance to drop in over a few days while in town. The coaches are great and the facility has everything you would want for a great workout. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll be back here for sure!

I love this place! I have been going for about 8 months now, have lost over 50lbs, and feel so much better. The trainers are great, and take an interest in everyone who goes there. I was never an athlete, but for the first time in my life am starting to feel like one. This is for all people of all fitness levels. It costs more than a traditional gym, but is worth every penny and then some. You don't have to think about what workout to do today, how long will it take, or if you are doing it right. They plan it for, and stay on top of you to do it. And when it's over, and you are dripping sweat, you know you are done for the day and got in an excellent workout. Honestly, I couldn't say enough good things here. If you are curious, they host free workouts a couple times a month, drop in for one, just don't blame me if you get hooked like I did!

I've been a member for a few years now. The coaches are the best around for $175 a month for unlimited classes. The weight lifting club is great for technique and specific strength work.
