Norm Reeves Subaru was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Our salesman, Marcus Villarreal, was caring and not pushy. The transaction was seamless with the Finance Manager. Everything was up front and honest, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. In and out quickly. Would be nice if you had service hrs. Really noon on Saturday, some people do still have normal jobs. Would also be nice if I could schedule an appointment on my Subaru app like I was able too when it was Randallnoe. When I call to make an appointment I get please hold so we can transfer you to service and click.
I went here looking for a affordable SUV and after looking at all my options Brad Staples helped me find something that was perfect for me and my family. He was very thorough and made sure I was aware of all my options. I never felt pressured in any way and he was the most honest car dealer I’ve ever had. I will definitely be going back to Brad for any future car needs.
Alex in the service department took great care of my 2012 Impreza. The part was in stock and repairs were completed within hours. Originally I called requesting service and was quoted a day wait or so, but Alex took care of me regardless. He also discussed a few ongoing points with me later in the day, showing a committee to ongoing customer service and a passion for Subi. Thanks!
