If you are looking for a Honda this is the place to go! We bought a pilot and our sales person Kelley was amazing. She was nice and honest. We got the car we wanted with everything we wanted for the price we needed. The finance guy Oliver was great as well. He didn’t try to force unneeded packages. Everyone we met was nice and accommodating.

I called late on Saturday evening to check on a vehicle. Sales Associate, Ron K. Howard, answered my call, and I’m so glad he did! Ron was the best. He not only did he get me a fantastic deal, but he also lead me through the best car buying experience I have ever had! Bryce in financing was awesome too! I can’t recommend enough Honda Cars of Rockwall. They were honest, fair, and went out their way to take care of me. That won’t be the last car I buy from them.

As a whole, the dealership is good. But for my last visit, the service department was superb. The waiting area was good (almost great). And the service rep, Trenton Smith, was the best I’ve had in the last 5 years. He might have been the best service rep that I’ve ever had (for any business that I’ve used). From the time I arrived until I drove away, I felt like he really cared about his job...providing quality customer service.

If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend going to Kelly at Honda Cars of Rockwall. She went well out of her way and pulled many strings to help me get the car that I wanted. This was my fifth dealership to visit in search of my new car; I saw an Accord that I knew I could not leave without and Kelly made sure that I would get the car and the best deal possible. She is very kind and a great salesperson. Thank you Kelly and Honda Cars of Rockwall!

The number 1 thing I enjoyed about the experience is they did not bait and switch me on the car. This is actually the first time a dealership has not done this in my brief relationships with dealerships over the years. They had the car they said they would and Dale, the salesman, handled the transaction well. Could I have negotiated better? I think so. But, overall, it was a very positive experience. I went there for a certified option and I don't think that was outlined very well nor do I really think the vehicle I bought was rigorously inspected ... but, I'm an impatient fella and any issues are somewhat a result of me not asking more questions and making sure I understood. So, yes, overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend them.
