After months of looking at campers online and in person, I inquired about a specific model at Fun Town in Dallas. James Crawford was immensely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and made the process impossibly simple. We got EVERY single thing we wanted and stayed within our budget. I highly recommend Fun Town RV in Dallas/Rockwall.

Good place to find a new fifth wheel but they don't carry any used RVs.... apparently they send them all down to Cleburne which is about a hundred miles from this particular location..... you're losing local sales by shipping them that far. I would keep a few of the nicer used models on hand to meet demand.

I would not recommend the Dallas branch!!! My husband placed a $1,000 hold deposit on a camper because we live out of town it was a Friday. So they were supposed to deliver our camper to Houston the following week. But a manager allowed OUR camper, that we put money down on, to be sold during the weekend. The worst part is they didn’t even get in contact with us to tell us, once a week had passed and we hadn’t received the paperwork, we called them and a sales rep told us our camper was sold To someone else. It has been a month and they still haven’t even contacted us to tell us the status or ETA of the camper that was supposedly going to arrive that same week. They are very unprofessional and don’t really care to fulfill the customers needs or concerns. We have called multiple times and no one has told us ANYTHING in a month. They can’t even locate the replacement camper. Try the Cleburne location, as soon as I sent the email regarding my situation their manager called me and spoke with me, but it wasn’t his location so it was nothing he could do about it. But the Dallas location STILL hasn’t contacted me yet.

Had a great buying experiences with the Fun Town crew. Sales team was professional but not pushy, and the service department - top notch! They went above and beyond to help take care of me.

Knowledgeable, Friendly,Professional Sales Staff. Salesman Christopher Currier went out of his way to have the service department make modifications to the RV I purchased for my medical condition. If I ever need another RV I will be returning to Fun Town RV Dallas (Rockwall/Fate).
