Good number of homes that you can explore on your own at your own pace. We were looking at tiny homes and there were a lot with lots of options.

Nice looking homes but when you get them the sheet rock is poorly tapped and you have dips and dives all through the ceiling and walls. When you have them come out to fix them they make it look worse.

Mike Timmons is a true professional—knowledgeable, responsive, with excellent people skills.nMy wife and I required a park model customized to a very specific situation.nWe live in Arizona but I could find no one who would take the time to understand our needs and work to help produce a suitable home.nMike was referred to us. I am a “hand on” kind of guy, so the idea of working with someone remotely during this time when travel is difficult was a bit daunting. Took a friend here to look and the models look great. Very clean and efficient use of space. They even have one with a deck and spiral stairway.
