My husband and I always bought cars from the auction we decided to buy from this location and Royce city. But we like that we were able to get a car for a good price but unfortunately when we went to get the title we had issues with the paperwork. Everything was good until we applied for the title they don't give you any help after you pick up paperwork. I read some of the reviews on here and they are true we drove 2 hours away to get help with the issue from them but every time we drove here doors were locked and the phone just kept ringing make the trip worthless. Am pretty sure the owner are good people's but need to be understanding of frustration with the customers not being able to get the title.Are advertise on site that there maybe issues getting tittle little information goes a long way than threatening customers with police. I've seen on couple reviews were owner have not taking ownership of the problem so that inspired me to give my honest review on what happen to us we purchase car in Jan 2020 and now it's Feb 2021 still no title due to paperwork. The best advice to the auctioneer please help to address these issues rather than attack the victims.May God bless your heart

Not a whole lot of bad I can say about them other than they have a hard time answering the phone. I've dealt with JD Newell for years and they just don't answer calls and paperwork has been slow to get ready. They have a lot of room for improvement but I guess never thought to getting around to it.

Do not buy here they screwed my paperwork, up bad.nI purchased a 2007 pt cruiser back and November 2020 I waited one week to pick up paperwork. I went to the Texas Department of Transportation to apply for title . I was told that the paperwork is missing the original paperwork to the police report. I then travel to Royce city to try to resolve this matter. I spoke with Ashley and the owner and was told they don't have paperwork and they don't know what to tell me. They then got on the phone and called a guy Paul who they said would contact me it's February 2020 still no contact and still no title. They are selling cars knowing that the buyer will not be able to get the title. I was notified by Txdmv that this company has had many of these issues for years they have over 200 complaints about this issue. Noted while I was and the office I noted a lady and the back running up bids online to the current auction this is illegal. They are scammers stay away from this place .They are big rip off I have filed civil suit against them. Same yourself time and aggravation.Not worth it trust me

Oh wow bad service I bought car and still have not received the paperwork. They keep their doors lock and never answer phone. So I have to just take it as a lost on getting title. If you read most of the other reviews they are true regarding the papawork. Just check all the other reviews they are never open. The owner comment but just read the reviews also look at Dallas reviews they have a big problem with customers being able to get a hold of them. I will be going there this week and will shoot video and upload on YouTube

My son bought a car from here he could not get a tittle due to them not having the original police report which the auctioneer was supposed to provide they gave the owner my son name and number but he never called my son he purchased back and November now it February still no answer. I feel bad because am the one who referred him to this auction. Some of the reviews are correct they are hard to get ahold of after you pay your money. And he travel a hour away to get this resolved which they told him they would but they never follow thru with their word. Just not a good auction to buy from until they correct their mistakes. They did same thing at 310
