I’ve had my unit at all storage in Aledo for about 3 years now. Every time I have called the staff has been so helpful and kind. The prices are not high, and the place is always clean. I cleaned out my storage one time and cancelled my contract, because I thought I wouldn’t need it, the next day I had called because I needed to get unit and the staff put me right back in my same unit! Like I never left! It was amazing! I’ll definitely keep using this place as long as I need a place to safely keep my belongings. All storage deserves more then 5 stars for their staff alone! Thanks guys your amazing!

Top notch experience! Joan was so helpful and professional, she took care of all my storage needs with ease. This is a first class facility, it's clean, safe, highly automated, and most of all SECURE. They take great precaution against the virus, I've personally seen the staff periodically sanitizing frequent touch areas. Joan was such a great help, I had trouble with renting from another outfit, but she assuaged my fears and welcomed me into their facility with ease. She really made the process seamless, and I got the exact price that I found online with a reservation service. No hidden costs.nnRecommend to anyone, and I already have!

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. Jessica's knowledge and assistance through the entire process was awesome. Rates were very affordable compared to other locations in the Aledo area. Location is very secure, clean, and everything was in perfect working condition. Personally, I was very impressed and would highly recommend this location.
