I simply adore this place. Yoga underground acted as a safe haven for me during my time living in Provo. The teachers are loving, non judgmental, and extremely intuitive and talented. I was challenged physically in each class, as they create the space to practice at your own level (inversions or child’s pose are equally welcomed whenever you like)...I grew emotionally while I was practicing at Underground as well. Sarah, Holly, Brittany, Kenny, Mo, Russ, and Audrey are whose classes I took the most - they are a group of incredibly creative and thoughtful teachers who genuinely love what they do. Brittany has created the most welcoming, inclusive, fun, creative yoga space I have ever practiced in and I am forever grateful for the 1 year I had there! I don’t live in Utah anymore but am a member of their online video community, so I can still practice from afar. I can’t recommend this studio enough, especially to those who live in Provo and need a place to belong and fit in. Check out their lunchtime classes - my personal favs.

I love the atmosphere and the classes. Every class is very different. The abundant variety makes for a very interesting, engaging, and expanding experience. No matter what level you are at, the instructors help you find your edge and explore as you are ready. Everyone is so kind and accepting. NO JUDGEMENTAL or SNOOTY vibes. All happy moving at your own pace vibes. Definitely my new favorite place in Provo!

Seriously the best studio I’ve ever been to! All the instructors are so welcoming, helpful and friendly! I’ve also met a lot of cool people by going to their classes!

TYU is seriously the best. Brittany has found the best instructors and there is a very eclectic patron base. Everybody is so friendly, and I’m so glad I’ve been coming here for the last few months. I will say that there have been a few times that I have driven 20 minutes to get there only to find that class was full or cancelled or a kids yoga class at that time (which wasn’t clarified on the schedule). That is my one critique, but this studio still deserve a 5 star rating more than any other studio I have been to in Utah. Keep up the great work :)

I have LOVED my first 2 weeks at the Yoga Underground. I have been doing yoga off and on for about 3 years but have never felt as accepted at any other studio as I have here at the Yoga Underground. I enjoy the variety of instructors and the individual experience I have at each practice!
