Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Jonathan was amazing. He made sure to explain everything to me and take everything one step at a time. He connected with us on a personal level and made the entire experience run nice and smooth. I will definitely be stopping by just to check in on these guys. Everyone was fantastic. I wish I could leave a 10 star review.

Marisol Fernandez was absolutely wonderful!! She worked really hard to get me into a vehicle! Would recommend Jonathon Crouch to anyone! Never met a salesman who took better care of customers than he did! He was super knowledgeable and helped set me up in my new Atlas! He was unavailable at first when I went in for our appointment so Theo took us on a test drive, was a nice and knowledgeable gentleman as well. The GM Tremaine was super great also!nnSouthWest VW, I hope you know what great individuals you have working for you!

Today I confirmed why I am a dedicated South West Auto Group customer. I have been buying cars and trucks and servicing my vehicles with SW Ford for years. Today I met Theo over at SW Volkswagon. He and his manager made my purchase of a vehicle a very pleasant transaction. They got me what I needed for my trade-in and made me a good deal on top of that. You guys are great! Thank you.

THE VERY BEST EXPERIENCE! We worked with Johnathon yesterday to purchase our new vehicle & saying that the experience was amazing is even an understatement! Our entire experience from pulling on to the lot to leaving was seamless & efficient PLUS the people were SO kind & SO knowledgable. The entire car-buying process is usually brutal but in this instance it was the opposite of that. I will forever recommend this dealership as well as Johnathon for anyone looking to buy! INCREDIBLE!
