The service, speed and professionalism was outstanding! I needed something done same day and my husband said don’t go to a dealer, they take too long. Well, not Southwest Ford! They had the part we needed and installed it immediately! Polite, clean, I almost wish they had taken a bit longer so I had more time to look at the beautiful cars in the showroom! Definitely 5 star service!

Recently took our F150 to be looked at after hearing a strange noise. From beginning to end I was very well taken care of! Casey, Chase, Dathan and Bailey made sure I was well informed throughout the process and were happy to shuttle me anywhere I needed to go! I felt very confident that our truck was in good hands! These men were very efficient and very respectful! They were happy to comply with my request to keep the number of people in and out of my truck to a minimum, as well as wearing a mask! The mechanic found the issue and fixed it the same day and I'm so thankful he did, I'm sorry I didn't get his name but I hope he sees this! Thanks so much to all of you!!!

It took two afternoons to find the used car I was looking for. There was a lot to choose from, and Carlos the salesman was patient and worked with me to find what I wanted within my budget. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I was pre-approved on my loan through Capital One, but Oscar in their finance department walked me through all of the paperwork for the loan and made sure Cap-one got everything they needed. All in all a great car buying experience. So if you're looking for a good used car go see Carlos he will take good care of you.

Our buying experience was great with Southwest Ford! Christopher greeted us and immediately got us test driving the vehicle we wanted. Telling us all the important details and features of the new Ford Explorer. After working with both Christopher and Brian, they were able to get us in our new car. Dan made the financial aspect of buying a car easy! Soon after signing papers we were introduced to Christian who walked us through every function that our new car offered! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We were then showed around on where to go and who to see for routine oil changes and maintenance. After a long day we were very pleased with the service that was provided and would highly recommend Christopher or Brian.
