Do not buy a used vehicle from them. Bought a 2016 Chevrolet 1500 with 95,377 miles on it. I have owned it for 51 days and it completely stopped going into gear. Transmission completely shot which is very uncommon at just under 100,000 miles. There were metal shavings in the transmission. Even if Jerry’s did not know about this, there should be some kind of courtesy warranty like most dealerships provide for 90 days. Jerry’s is zero help and will not even consider splitting the cost of the $4600 new transmission. Spend your money elsewhere.

Shopped other dealships , then I made contact with Jerry's GMC , Buick Salesman Clay Estes. I talked to Clay the first time approx a month ago by phone. Clay followed up by phone with me twice since our first contact. We were real close to making a deal. I had a trade & looking at the new Buick Envision's. On Saturday evening my wife & I decided to drive to Jerry's GMC, Buick. I called Clay to see if he was working before leaving. We met with Clay Saturday evening & drove away in a new Buick from Jerry's. I cannot say enough good things about this salesman. If your shopping for a vehicle new or used you need to contact Clay Estes . Looking for a salesman you can trust, deliver the very best deal give Clay a call. The wife & I felt like we made a new friend.

Clay was our salesman, and he was just the best ever., best experience ever on buying a new vehicle. And Grey was also great in showing everything to me.

I highly recommend Jerry’s GMC. Charles Kincaid is awesome and didn’t try to push me into anything I didn’t want. He answered all of my questions and everything was mostly done over the phone! Go see them for your next vehicle, you won’t regret working with them!

Very pleasant experience buying a car. Charles Kincaid was courteous and answered all questions quickly and wasn’t trying to push you into anything else other that what was asked. We communicated mostly by email and text, then set up a visit, test drive and just did paperwork and drove home. Overall 5+ stars. Definitely recommend.
