Zach Payne was an excellent salesman. Very thorough on making sure the car I got was the car I wanted. Zach reviewed several cars with me and was very professional. Down to earth and fought for a good payment. Made my first car buying experience great! Would definitely recommend coming here.

Very unhappy. Took my truck in for it's scheduled oil change. Asked for my horn to be looked at since it has gone out. I purchased all the the extra warranties when I purchased my truck. I was asked to take it to the Ford dealership so they could deal with it. I asked for them to take a look at 1 door ding and a scratch/ dent that my truck had. I told them I would pay out of pocket for the extra damage. A 3rd party was subcontracted to fix my truck. I was quoted $300. Which I agreed to. While the subcontractor had my truck it was driven around and added extra mileage. I let the service advisor know about this. 5 days later I picked up my truck. To find that the Oil change was done but the oil life was not reset. The door ding that was covered under my warranty was fixed. But the extra work that I requested was not fixed like I was told it would be fixed and painted. I could not leave my truck longer because I needed it. I told the service advisor that I would like to take it and get a quote from someone else to have it fixed. She discounted $50 dollars of the $300 and said I could paid $50 dollars to get it fixed else where. I am very unhappy with this service. And on top of everything my truck was filthy and from the when it was being handled from the 3rd party. This is no way to treat customers.

I came to Shottenkirk Toyota looking for a car to replace my older Toyota Tacoma. I met this great guy Eli, and he got me into a slightly used Toyota Tundra in no time! Definitely recommend seeing Eli for anyone coming to Shottenkirk. He was extremely kind, down to earth, and very helpful and went the extra mile compared to most dealers I’ve went to in finding me my Toyota Tundra I now own that’s perfect for me. I definitely will be coming back to see Eli at Shottenkirk Toyota for future visits to the dealership. I’ve also recommended many friends to see Eli, with two of them in the process of purchasing from Eli now.
