Shout out to the Hudson Oaks Starbucks and to an employee, whom has been very professional and patient with me every time my wife and I go into the store to order our drinks. Recently I was in a huge hurry and very stressed from a hectic day, and thanks Jesus an employee at this location for his understanding, made sure my order was correctly and timely made. I know I can be very picky sometimes, but he made sure that I was completely satisfied with my multiple orders, before leaving the store. I wasn't the only customer he took care of, and he also treated them with respect. I understand not every store will make every one of their customers happy. However, I would like to express my personal experience with this store, and also with this specific employee. You can't always judge a store, and or an employee with someone else's bad experience. Not everyone thinks the same, and likes the same coffee as you. This store will get it right with positive customers.

This is the worst Starbucks... I've been here 3 times now and I will never go back. It took 15 minutes to get my coffee. Normally I wouldn't complain but I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. All Starbucks are supposed to use the same recipes right? All 3 times my coffees have been so watered down I poured them out. I go down the highway and I order the same coffee and it's not watered down....? How is that even possible? Anyway, I would take the extra time and go down the road. This place is substandard.

We had always had pleasant experiences at this location, today was the exception. Jesus has HORRIBLE customer service and had the audacity of snatching the card out of my hand.

Their drive up direction is bad and even if you order online. The orders still need to he checked for accuracy

Fast and courteous service. Orders have always been correct. Great crew working at the location.
