Bodhi Yoga is not just a yoga studio or school, it is a community of ongoing support and love from all who have gone and will go there. I came from Colorado and attended this space for their 10-day summer immersion yoga teacher training and it has taught me to heal and become more me at my very essence. I am more than happy that I was able to learn of this place, meet Syl, and be apart of such a wonderful, accepting circle of yogis. I cannot say enough about Bodhi Yoga, it is a place that I am most at home.

If you are looking to get your teacher training, then you have found the perfect studio. Syl is absolutely AMAZING and is the most honest, genuine, and knowledgeable instructor ever. I came into the training not being flexible at all and doing poses now I never thought I could do before. The training, reading materials, and the experience have been a blessing of a lifetime. I love all the advice she gives and she helps me grow as a person. Thank you for everything you do!!!! Namaste

Syl Carson is amazing at her craft. She welcomes all who steps into her studio. she has created a space that is sacred and she created it with intention. I am currently enrolled in 4 of her certificate programs, slowly but surely working on all of them. I highly recommend her trainings and her classes she offers at Bodhi.

I absolutely love the restorative yoga. Syl provides all the bolsters, blankets, and mats you could need. Such a great class to connect the body and restore the muscles.

I love Bodhi Yoga! It is such a beautiful studio, in a peaceful, quiet location in Provo. The studio is stocked with all the props you'll need, including high quality mats! All the classes are amazing. My favorite classes are the Saturday Morning and Monday Morning Restorative Classes. Syl is very knowledgeable on all things yoga and the anatomy of asanas. I always feel inspired after her classes and learn so many little tips that transform my yoga. I've also worked with Syl to get my Teacher Certification, and it has been life-changing. So many resources are available to make for life-long learning.
