As far as New Car Purchasing experience goes... WOW! I’m 26 years old and this was my first time going through the buying experience alone. I’ve purchased two other vehicles with my mother present so I had an idea about how things went. Long story short, I bought this vehicle from 600+ miles away from the dealership in Far West Texas. I’ve never even set foot in Kingsville! Nor did I ever hear of Neessen. I found this dealership by doing the build and price option on Jeep’s website and the website told me where I could find the exact match of what I wanted. Abel is a terrific salesman to work with. I told him exactly what I wanted and he worked very hard to give me exactly that! I agreed to the price over the phone on Monday. They prepared the documents that night. I paid my down payment Tuesday morning and they got my Jeep on the road that afternoon! I signed everything on Wednesday morning!! WOW! I thought I’d have to plan a trip to drive down there to sign and pick up my vehicle! Abel made this effortless! Any concerns I had he took care of them. Any questions I have (even now) he’s there!nCustomer service has been a driver in my loyalty when making any of my purchases. I could definitely say I’d recommend others to buy their vehicle here and I most definitely will look at purchasing my next vehicle here too!nMy vehicle came with a protective layer for my paint and it’s supposed to be reapplied every 6 months.
