Poseidon’s Pizza Company

Our expectations were set to high for this place. Many of our friends stated how delicious this place was, which is what convinced us to give it a try. We ordered the deep dish Chicago style as our main course. Whomever made this pizza though; put what seemed like 15-20 pepperonis on each piece of pizza. I am not kidding you when I say; I took a bite of one piece, and bit into what seemed like a stack of 7 pieces of pepperonis. I understand people probably want a lot of pepperonis on their pepperoni pizza; but this was just over powering everything else about the pizza. If it wasn’t for that I feel like it would have been decent. Either way though; I don’t think this pizza is worth the price. $22 for a medium pizza is a little much.

Good pizza

Pizza is strong. It's very good. Service not so much. Everyone here is very nice, but they seem disorganized. Could be the product is so good they are growing too fast. I'll keep ordering, but will lower expectations.

A real bummer pizza. Ordered XL hand tossed Leo with pepperoni addition. It must have been hand tossed by someone wearing mittens. Not that it matters as the dough must be at least 50% post-consumer in origin. The sauce would make Chef Boy-ar-Dee cringe. The fact that the pepperonis were missing might have been a blessing. Better leave pizza making to the pros at the high school cafeteria.

We ordered deep dish pizzas to be delivered, but when they arrived they were your traditional pan crust pizzas. A little disappointing. The lady on the phone who took the order must have misheard. Pizza was decent but a little overpriced.
