We ordered our Freedom Deluxe 6 months out and it was ready to be pickup up when we were told. The entire crew at Casita was kind and helpful. They hooked up our Anderson Hitch for us and we had a perfect drive home. Definitely recommend. Jonathan was our salesman and everything went as planned! We can't wait to start using our Casita!

We drive 700 miles to pick up our Casita, our second one. On he way we spotted another couple heading the opposite way with their new Casita. What fun adventures await them! We picked up our Casita the next day and It was smooth and Covid careful. Everything on our new Casita checked out and worked perfectly. Jonathan and the team were great. We are busy planning spring and summer trips. Thanks!

I am very happy with Austin and Casita.nI just spoke with Austin at Casita Travel Trailers ordering parts for our Casita. As has always been the case when speaking with him over the phone, Austin has been prompt, respectful and helpful. His service is much appreciated. And in general, our experience with Casita Company and our trailer has been a positive one. Our trailer has been a part of our family now for 10 years and gets used regularly.

I had been looking at the Casita's for a couple of years now and finally decided to purchase July 2020. Pickup date was right on time. My Salesman was Harald and he's been really nice to work with, very knowledgeable about the products, and has always given me the information I was looking for in a timely manner. While Harald took care of all the paperwork, Austin was also really helpful in prepping the RV, getting it ready to roll down the road. I had a great experience with these guys.

The purchase and pick-up of our Casita was amazing. Everyone was so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. We were given plenty of time to go over the entire RV prior to leaving. COVID has changed some of their processes, but was still a fantastic transaction. Now...time to go camp!
