My family loves this park. The swim area is always clean and well maintained. The restrooms, picnic areas, and play areas are nice. The $5 per car fee plus $1 for any passengers over 12 is a cheap price to pay for an entire clean & pleasant day. We have been to thelthe that are free (lake Nacogdoches and lake Sam Rayburn) but they are always trashy and overgrown.
Quiet and well maintained. Closely watched and secure. Great spot for catching some of the prettiest and healthiest bass you will ever see.
Tried to take the family there for swimming. The park is currently closed to swimming. :(
Just drove through for a look-see. The place is clean and manicured. I would like to go back and do some fishing from the fishing pier.
I love kayaking here. It's especially nice in the fall when the trees are turning colors.
