3B has been a saving grace for me during this pandemic. I love all the instructors and staff. I’ve done yoga here and there growing up but at 3B I’ve learned how to actually practice yoga CORRECTLY. I’ve heard of the many benefits that yoga can have on your mental and physical well-being but since going to 3B I’ve finally be able to notice those differences in my well-being because I’ve learned how to actually properly practice yoga.
3B is my favorite studio. I love the atmosphere. I love the teachers.The studio is bright, clean, calm, has beautiful energy and real.
Easily the best yoga studio around! They have an incredible boutique with really cool brands that I love - even including local ones. The people that own it are seriously the best and so genuine. All I have to say is I LOVE IT and you will too.
This Yoga facility is super clean and comfortable. Management is very professional and helpful. Instruction is top-notch.
3B has the best prenatal yoga classes!
