The trainers are outstanding. I am currently doing the on-line work outs that are tailored for home small spaces and no equipment. I wish I could go to the gym and get the full experience. The atmosphere at 9rounds is empowering. This is not like any other gym. For me has been an investment in my happiness and health. I could not get through life with out the trainers pushing me to do the things, I continue to doubt I can do. 9 Rounds has become a vital part of my life. I desperately miss the trainers and pray for the day I can return to the gym.đź–¤Stay healthyđź–¤Stay Safe

Had signed a contract for a year which I thought would have been great since the FL 9Round was great. 5 months later I don’t have a job and I am moving to back with my family on the east coast. *ps since the gyms are franchise they are not able to accommodate transfers to other gyms. It was easier to break my RENTAL (living) lease. 1/2 month charge. And my property manager was much nicer. 9ROUND wanted to “rewrite my contract” and wanted me to sign a new one so I would owe them over $500 *side note: in all of their contracts you forfeit the right to pursue it further in court. Most places allow you to break a contract if you have to move 135 miles away. Worst decision I’ve made was to join this gym.

I love the trainers! I like that it’s different every time and that I can come and start my workouts whenever works. I like that it’s always a challenge, but I can see how I’ve improved and become stronger. I like that I can feel totally spent after only 30 minutes! It always pumps me up for the day.

It was amazing! The workers were extremely kind and gave an amazing demo. They were also very supportive. If they corrected any of your motions, they did so nicely. My experience overall was fantastic!

9Round provides a perfect full-body workout that is accessible to people of all fitness levels. The trainers are positive, motivational, and responsive. I have seen real results in my personal fitness and muscle tone, and feel like I have improved across the board. Kickboxing at 9Round has also helped me be a stronger, faster runner by working core muscle groups that weren’t getting worked consistently before joining. I ❤️ 9Round!!
