By far the worst storage locker I've ever seen. $170 a month and you can't even get in here whenever you want. The doors are flimsy and barely seal when closed. the latches for the locks are WAY TOO SMALL and will not accommodate any good lock. A good puck lock will not fit on the storage lockers. The only locks that will fit on these units are the cheapest, smallest locks. It's also almost impossible to speak with a person in the office. These storage lockers are junk.

We have used Tri-Star storage for quite a while. The location is convenient, rates are competitive, and customer service has become very good.nOur family has used the Bosque/New Road Tri-Star storage under multiple managers. We are quite pleased with changes made by the current owners and customer service from Andrea, the current office manager. Andrea is courteous, efficient, and most helpful.nPeace of mind is important, and Tri-Star Bosque meets that need.

If you leave a not so 5 star review, you will receive a phone call from this place, asking you to change your review..nNot a phone call to give you a reminder that your lock has been changed or that your past due. No courtesy or compassion at all. The manager watched us struggle with a lock that we had no key to for about 20 min. We went to the office && that's how we found out. Of course we had rented a moving truck before hand. $110 we can go in.. we def do not expect anything for free, just maybe a reminder of past due or even that locks were changed. Some people have a lot going on.. life takes crazy turns and new things(such as a storage building payment) get pushed to the back. Not everyone is super organized and not everyone is made of money. Human decency definitely does play a role in this business.nMerry Christmas.

I don't have any complaints about Tri Star Self Storage (Bosque).nnAndrea is a great property manager! She's always helpful and tries her best to keep her word.nnThere was a little mix-up regarding the leasing special when I first rented the unit, but Andrea tried to make sure I still got the price she initially quoted me.
