I have been going to Dave (the owner) for my haircuts for years now. He has always prioritized quality for all his cuts, and he has brought that same quality to his shop. The place is clean, bright, and friendly. Everyone there is a blast to talk to, and give excellent haircuts. At the moment they are taking walk-ins freely, but that might change once they get even busier. I highly recommend this place.

Way fun place. Way fun people. Way good haircut. Everyone here is super friendly. They are also really talented and good at what they do. You never really have that awkward time where you're sitting in the chair not really knowing what to talk or even if to talk to the barber. It's fun hearing a little banter between the different barbers because you can tell its all for fun and people just want to make you feel good. There's a skeeball thing upstairs to play if you have to wait, or if you just want to hang out.

Salty Barbers has definitely earned my business! I've used them twice since they recently opened, for both hair and beard, and have been very satisfied with the quality and professionalism of the cut. The prices are very reasonable. Davie and his crew have done an awesome job creating a welcoming atmosphere centered on the customer experience. From the greeting at the door to the hot towel finish, you'll be glad you stopped here for a cut!

I had my first cut with Connor at Salty today and it was a great experience. The location is super cool — a great restoration of an 1890s building. The service from Connor was excellent. I had been a client of his at a previous shop and followed him here, where he’s upped his game even more. My hair cut and beard trim were just as I wanted. I love that they take their time with you and make it a relaxing experience (I especially loved the hot towels) The vibe in the shop is friendly and laid back. I live up further north but enjoyed it so much I plan to continue making the trip down to Provo in the future. Trust me — that’s saying something.

The Barber: I'll start off by saying I drive 20+ miles for one particular barber, Jorge. He is 100% worthy of the drive. He's always on time, does a phenomenal haircut and mostly, his attention to detail is always on point! The Shop: Gorgeous location in downtown Provo, great vibe here. Exactly how you'd picture a barbershop. The people who work there are all great. The service is top notch! They'll offer you a drink right as you step-in the doors. I booked a 45 min haircut that's basically "the works". Besides the phenomenal haircut, Homemade shaving cream with a straight blade shave along with a hot eucalyptus towel before and after. 👌 This place is awesome. Especially now that Jorge is there!
