Frances was more than helpful when we went to her to file our taxes! We were trying to file by ourselves and the numbers didn’t add up, she made sure that we got the max out of our tax refund. Highly recommend going to Frances Rodriguez when filing!!
The workers are very nice and goes through everything and are efficient. Our worker Mrs. Donna was very sweet and helpful.
The office is located at a easy access inside they welcome you clean,quiet and friendly. Donna and Francis are professional, but still know how to laugh at a joke. I reccomend everyone who wants what they desever to go with these two ladies.
Although I've used Jackson Hewitt for many years, this was my first time at this location. The experience was excellent as expected from prior years. The preparer was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I have and will continue to recommend them 100%.
