This is a very interesting place for watching the calm waters of the Brazos river merging with those from the Bosque river. You can easily spend half an hour just admiring the scenery. This place can be reached either by car or by walking on trails, for instance the river front trail.
Great wide trails and chill spots right on the water.
Been here almost two hours nothing not even a single bite believe I'd rather spend my day at the crowded Spillway where I know I'll catch fish
Very clean and peaceful. A few runners, joggers and dog walkers...all pleasant and respectful.
Its a nice littlw parking area for the park. The view is pretty nice, looking up the brazos river. Bathrooms are ok but lack soap dispensers/soap. There is access to several good trails from this location.
