My son has been going to Cassidy for 1 year now I believe, he was SO difficult for the first 10+ haircuts and she had extreme patience with him and so nice. Now he’s completely comfortable with her and does great. I know her patience has a lot to do with that and she definitely gained his trust :) So I thank her for that!
My sweet little man before and after. This was his second hair cut at Cookie Cutters. They do such a good job with kids. They always have toys, a kid’s show to watch for your child, dum dums and balloons. They get to sit in a cute car. And the hair cut always looks great. His even grew out really well before getting it recut. I’m always so impressed how they can use clippers on a toddler and keep them from crying. It’s pure magic.
Great for the little ones that have a hard time holding still. Very skilled stylists that know how to entertain and cut kids hair even with extreme wiggles. I always tip well because goodness knows what happened last time I tried to cut one of my kids hair...
I came in today for my son to get a haircut but I was a little disappointed. Besides the fact that she looks a little too nervous to cut my boys hair, she also cut the side of his ears even after 2 hrs still bleeding. I've been going to cookie cutter for years and this is the first that we've experienced this. I want the manager to know so they can train their workers better in the future. Our appointment was at 9am. Yoir first customer on 11/28/20 for my sone Gabriel.
Went here for my son's first hair cut and they did a great job! Done in about 2 minites of actual cutting.
