We ordered from this Pizza Hut because we had a credit after our last disappointing experience here. Today’s pizza was supposed to be stuffed crust, and it was not. It had some sauce on it, which was better than our last pizza here, but it was very dry and bland. Usually Pizza Hut is my favorite because the flavors are strong and tangy. We’ll take our business to the Hewitt and Gatesville Pizza Huts which have always been great!nAlthough our pizza was a let down, the employees were helpful.
I called in to place an order for my employee who’s house caught on fire yesterday morning. Let me tell you how impressed I was with your employee Brandon!! Very helpful answered all my questions. Gave great suggestions!! Give him a raise and keep him!!! I know that he will be a great asset to your company!! Very professional young man!!
My fav place for delicious pizza. Cool location to meet with coworkers. The service was very kind and attentive.
I always get the contactless delivery and ask to leave on doormat and they drive off with my order or I’m trying to get their attention to give me my order. What’s the point of contactless delivery . I’m very disappointed.
Worst customer service experience ever. Placed a order on the app at 7:30pm expected delivery time 8:55pm. Received a text message at 8:09pm saying my order was out for delivery. 8:55pm comes around still no pizza so I called Pizza Hut and long story short they had to cancel my order because they only had one driver available. Couldn’t even call me and let me know instead I was waiting around for a order that would never come.
