Starting to slack off on ensuring customer safety. Four crew members not wearing their masks properly with their noses exposed. Three were working in the kitchen and one behind the front counter.
9/14/20 - New female manager refused to make my pizza as requested?!? ( same one ordered for last 4 years - extra crazy crust ) When asked for manager, she told me to go online to complain.nNo problem. Just took my business to the South Valley Mills location. Better pizza there anyway and super friendly.
We went in to grab some pizza for dinner on Sept.6 2020 (around 8pm) and were told 12-15min. We set a timer to run back in and sat in the car waiting. It was less than 12min and the lady working the front brought our pizza out ! Although she didn't have to she went out of her way to run it out to us even though it looked like she was working the front alone. I wasn't able to catch her name but she herself deserves 5 stars and probably more than she's making ud83dude02nEdit: The boxes say Kathleen C.
The pizza was not sliced. The large amount of grease could not be soaked up by the parmesan cheese. The sauce tasted like cheap barbecue sauce. I ate a half a slice and gave the rest of the pizza to homeless man.
Always great for what it is. The pizza portal made it really easy and seemless.
