I order delivery here weekly because I work late and don’t have a vehicle at the moment so I can’t go anywhere else. But every time I order here, they always mess up. Either forgetting something or giving me what I didn’t order. I called & talked to a female manager, amber or Amanda, I can’t remember. Once I told her what I got wasn’t what I ordered, she got very hostile & rude. I said all I want is what I ordered, you guys mess up every time I order there. She asked me, then why do you keep ordering from our store?nI just can’t believe how poor the customer service is.
Here we are again! Another 36 minute estimated wait, redeeming the free pizza from my previous review as well as ordering some extra dishes...annnnd...under the HEATLAMP for an HOUR! AN HOUR! How can this establishment be so incompetent? Well, UPDATE! Recieve a phone call and the ONLY DELIVERY DRIVER...quits! Great! Dear Lord! ud83dude44ud83eudd26♂ufe0f
Order was an hour and a half late and that was AFTER the app said it was out of the oven and waiting for a quality check. App said it was at the quality checkpoint of the order after it was out of the oven and “ready” at 7:55pm and didn’t receive the order until after 9pm. Could never get ahold of the store to figure out why it was taking forever to deliver. app also said it was delivered around 8:50 but it wasn’t at our door nor did we get a knock, and didn’t get our pizza for another 10+ minutes after it said delivered, so I called yet again to try & figure out if they may have delivered it to the wrong address or what was going on, only to not be able to get ahold of anyone again. I was about to drive to the store to see what the problem was when the delivery guy FINALLY showed up with our cold pizzas. The few times I got an employee to answer they were very rude and immediately put me on hold for 10+ minutes, never got ahold of anyone to report the problem. Should have read the reviews before ordering here, apparently being super late is a common occurrence at this location. I’ve never had a problem this bad at any of the other local dominos. Needless to say we will never be ordering from this dominos again.
It's probably more about the app not working propertly than the restaurant, but we were in Waco visiting and ordered a pizza at this Domino's. About 20 minutes later, the app says the order is ready, confirm you're here, and go inside they'll call your name. Yeah it didn't work that way. My husband confirmed we were there, he went in, waited over 10 minutes, but he was never called. He then got behind all of the people in line, waited another 10 minutes (it was packed) before finally getting to talk to an employee who (AT LAST!) gave him the order. BUT! He could clearly see that that pizza had been sitting there the whole time he was waiting.
Every time I do carside delivery, they take way too long to bring it to my car. This last time my order was ready 2 minutes before I go there. I checked in and turned on my hazard lights as instructed. After 10 minutes, i called the store and asked what the issue was. They asked me my vehicle and I told them even though it's listed on the order. They asked if my hazard lights were on like they couldn't see me. I was looking straight at them on the phone. Then they asked me the name on the order. Finally after another 6 or 7 minutes they brought my order out.
