Rodger was amazing. Not only did he promptly get my door open, but he found the combination for my keypad in my truck so that if I ever get locked out again, I can get back in. My family bought this truck off of someone who also didn't know the passcode for this keypad, so for him to find it and teach me was above and beyond his call of duty. Good people, good service done the right way. Thank you for blessing me this morning!

I have used Waco Lock and Key several times and each time Audra and Rodger are so helpful and knowledgeable. Service is always fast and they always get the job done. I am a customer for life and highly recommend them.
