My mother broke her leg in a slip and fall accident a year and a half ago and I was recommended the Kroon Law Firm by a friend of mine. The entire process with them was smooth and painless. They were on top of all aspects of the case, including having to keep after my mom cause she's older and the accident really messed her up. But, they did it with empathy and tact. In addition, there was an incredible amount of transparency on whether they felt they could help my mom's case; they weren't going to continue if they felt there was no hope and then leave her with lawyer bills on top of medical bills. Maybe this last point is tacit with law firms, but if you're worried that these guys and gals are going to leave you high and dry you can forget it! They've got your back as they had my mom's.nnMy mom was able to get a hefty settlement in the timescale that was presented. In addition, they're helping her with all the collections companies to try to get them to settle. This last part is what has thrown me the most. I figured that after they had their money they'd bail, but they haven't! They've stuck by my mom to the very end trying to get everything set right.nnI cannot recommend this law firm enough! After experiencing my first car accident, I was left in pain, and with no vehicle. Jamie was then referred by a good friend and my experience working with her was great! She made sure to take care of my medical bills as well as replacing my totaled vehicle. Dealing with insurance companies can be very stressful, so it was a blessing to have her as my attorney in order to focus on my physical recovery. Everything was done electronically as she is based in Waco, Tx and I’m located in Houston, yet the entire process was smooth.
