I needed to get Guardianship of my Nephew, due to my Mom's dementia which has gotten bad. Mr. Rainey was able to help me quickly and at a reasonable price. I will be contacting them again soon to make my own will. Sarah at the front desk is an angel!

I first became acquainted with Rainey & Rainey a few years ago when they offered a free - and very informative - seminar at our church on wills and estate planning. I was so impressed with their overall presentation and their knowledge of elder care law that a few months later, when my mother passed away, I called on Rainey & Rainey to help probate my mother’s will. Sarah Kendrick proved to be very kind, calm and helpful during that roller-coaster period when it can be hard for families to think straight. This year, my husband and I wanted to update our wills, powers of attorney, etc., and I didn’t hesitate to contact Rainey & Rainey again. In each of my encounters with them, I’ve found them to be kind, understanding, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

They were professional and did exactly what they said they would do. They were attentive with every question and call. Kayla and Karla were super nice no matter how many times we called. James Rainey was nice and professional and easy to work with. They were best lawyer experience we ever had. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with James and Elisa Rainey on several occasions. Recently, I worked with the Raineys on a complicated Medicaid application for my mother. They were amazing!nAlthough they both had a packed schedule, they were able to meet with me both by phone and in person with a very short notice. James and Elisa, as well as Millisa, were amazing to work with. They walked me through every step of a process for which I was not familar. They responded quickly and answered all of my questions.nWithout a doubt, I would use them again!!
