Super friendly stylists! The atmosphere was welcoming and beautiful! I got my hair done by Ashley, she was so sweet, knew exactly what my hair needed, even when I didn't and my hair turned out better than I expected and feels/looks so healthy! First time going today and had Kaycee as my stylist. She really helped me understand what we were doing with my hair and explained what needed to be done to get what I want in the future. I really enjoyed my visit here! She did an amazing job with my hair and I love how it turned out!

I’ve had my hair colored, cut and styled multiple times here and I’m always happy. They have a clean, comfortable atmosphere with a great staff. The times I visited, I got a vibrant blue put into my hair with purple touches. My stylist Adrienne consulted with me, was upfront with options (I had long, thick/wavy, dyed red hair), and gave me a reasonable estimate. I would highly recommend this salon and have done so to many friends.

So to start, I was canceled on 15 minutes before my appointment. I was in my car on the way to the appointment. I posted and asked if anybody else could do my hair in a mom group, and named her salon as the one that canceled on me. She immediately reached out to me and got me in with someone. The stylist was extremely inexperienced And they should have never let her do an already upset customers hair. She was a very sweet girl, but the hairstyle, cut, and color was definitely not what I was looking for. I reached out for an itemized copy of my receipts, as I asked specifically for no toner, I was asked if someone would curl my hair but never told I was going to be charged for it. I was charged $48 for a haircut that looks like this in addition to all the other services which they charged me I ended up paying 200+ dollars for this visit. I reached out to the owner to correct this, she offered me a refund on the haircut but not the color. She then went on to threaten that if I were to Try to dispute the charges that she would press charges against me. She also notated that she was worried that I would post in the group once again about my bad experience and so that’s why she wasn’t going to work with me on the color but instead insisted she would fix my hair. Two separate stylists had a hand in this haircut. Not just one. I will never let someone from the salon touch my hair again. The owner is rude, combative, and unprofessional! I found out this is not the first time she’s done this either! Reading the Google reviews, and her basically Attacking anyone that disagrees with her is really sad, don’t recommend!!

Very happy with my experience! Very professional and friendly staff, plus the decor is super cute, comfortable, and clean. Shyanne did a FABULOUS job on my hair and I could NOT be any HAPPIER!! Would recommend any of the stylists and the salon a hundred plus times!!
